Me Too! Brands, LLC, maker of Keepers Bagatelles, operates under this framework. We strive to provide a stylish, useful product in a manner that is both kind to the earth and serves to support some of the newest members of our community and the local economy. Keepers — a useful gift item with a higher purpose (and they’re really cute, too).

The Keepers have been awesome! I agree that not only do they send kids out with emergency contact intact, but it IS easier to spot them in a crowd. It's been so helpful. The only problem I'm having is not having cards to give people who ask about them! People are asking all about them.

Actually, we do use organic cotton when we can find it in great prints that don’t look, well, crunchy. However, Sustainable is a much broader measure. It’s a measure of balance not only in terms of natural resources and the environment, but also of community and economy.

We strive for Sustainability not just in the materials we choose, but in the method of our production. We could ship our organic cotton overseas for manufacture and have it shipped back to achieve maximum dollar value, but does the carbon footprint of the transport offset the intent? We feel it is also important to consider how the “human capital” fares in the equation — knowing first hand how the crafters are treated, and that we are putting their wages back into our local economy.

As in the rest of life, Balance is the sum of our decisions. It’s not so easy as just saying “buy organic” or “buy American”. Their are plenty of products that are neither, yet the sum of their components leaves our world a better place.

.

Keepers were created by a mom tired of replacing change purses that kept sliding off the school lunch tray into the trash. Keepers hold just the essentials. Originally designed for kids, our fans now include teachers, nurses, flight attendants, travelers, employees, dog walkers, college students, sports fans, and skateboarders.

Perfect for work, a walk on the beach, keeping kids safe while traveling, attending events…anywhere you need your hands free and your essentials at hand.

Of course, a Mom would make sure that Keepers have a breakaway safety buckle, and come with an emergency contact card. The design also allows for attachments to keep all your important things handy: key reels, mini flashlights, safety whistles, thumb drive…

Keepers are the solution to lost money, stuffed pockets, and boring ID lanyards.

Keepers now come in two sizes: our original Essential Size, and the larger Passport/Phone Size which fits a passport and your phone (yes, even the iPhone!) and has a larger rear ID window sized to hold a boarding pass, sports ticket, or convention badge.
